What you will be able to do

What the course covers
- 01
Positioning
Choosing a service and a buyer. "I do everything for anyone" is the most expensive mistake a new freelancer makes.
- 02
Where clients actually come from
Marketplaces, direct outreach, referrals and local business. Honest assessment of what each costs in time and what it returns.
- 03
Profiles and portfolio
Upwork and Fiverr profiles, and a portfolio that shows outcomes rather than screenshots. Including how to build one with no paid work yet.
- 04
Pricing
Hourly against fixed, estimating your own time, raising rates, and the arithmetic of what you must earn per month to make this viable.
- 05
Proposals and calls
Writing a proposal that gets read and handling a client call without either overpromising or underselling.
- 06
Contracts, scope and getting paid
Simple contracts, deposits, milestones, handling scope creep, and the practical routes for receiving international payment from Pakistan.
Tools you will use
What you will build
- A positioning statement and service definition
- A complete profile and portfolio piece
- A real proposal sent to a real prospect
What you need to start
- A skill you can sell — development, design, writing, marketing or similar
- This is the business side. If you do not yet have the skill, start with one of the skill courses.
Freelancing & Finding Clients — questions
Will this guarantee I earn money freelancing?
No, and anyone guaranteeing that is lying to you. What it does is remove the business mistakes that stop skilled people earning — no positioning, no pricing discipline, weak proposals and no contract.
Do I need a skill already?
Yes. This course sells and runs the work; it does not teach the craft. Students often take it alongside or after a skill course.
How do payments from abroad work from Pakistan?
We cover the routes freelancers here actually use and the practical trade-offs between them. Specific banking and tax decisions are yours, and worth confirming with an accountant.
