Home Tuition in Islamabad & Rawalpindi
A tutor comes to your home for O Level, A Level, FSc, ICS and Matric — or your child studies at our Blue Area office instead. Same tutors either way, and you can switch whenever it suits.
Fees depend on the subject, the level and whether sessions are at home or at our office. Tell us which and we will give you both figures so you can compare them properly.
In short
DataX Academy provides home tuition across Islamabad and Rawalpindi for O Level, A Level, FSc, ICS and Matric. A tutor comes to your home at a time you choose, and the same subjects can instead be taught at our Blue Area office if you prefer your child studies away from the house.
At home, or at our office?
We offer both, so here is the straight comparison rather than a pitch for whichever one we would prefer to sell. Most families decide in about a minute once they see it laid out.
A tutor comes to you
No travel, no evening traffic
For a student already doing a full school or college day, an hour lost to Islamabad evening traffic is an hour not spent on the subject. Home tuition removes it entirely.
Younger students and siblings
For Matric and younger, and for families with more than one child studying, a tutor at home is usually simpler than organising two drop-offs.
A parent can see the session
Some parents want to hear how a session actually runs rather than take it on trust. At home they can, and we would rather they did.
Scheduling that fits the family
Times are agreed around school, college and the rest of the household rather than around a fixed batch slot.
Your child comes to our office
Fewer distractions
A desk in a professional room with no television and no siblings is a measurably different working environment. For a student who struggles to focus at home, this is the single biggest change available.
A working software house
Computer Science students in particular benefit from sitting in a building where software is actually being written. No home-tuition agency can offer that.
Lower cost per student
Small-group sessions at the office cost less per student than one-to-one at home, because the tutor is not travelling and is not teaching one person.
Areas we cover
If your area is not listed, ask rather than assume. We would rather tell you we cannot reach you than take a booking we cannot keep.
Islamabad
The F and G sectors are closest to our office and the easiest to schedule at short notice. E-11, DHA and Bahria Enclave are covered but worth booking further ahead, because travel time is real and we would rather commit to a slot we can keep.
Rawalpindi
Chaklala, Askari and Satellite Town are straightforward. Bahria Town is the longest trip we make, so those slots are limited and fixed in advance rather than arranged week to week.
How it works
- 01
Tell us the subject, board and class
O Level Additional Maths under Cambridge and FSc Maths under Federal Board are different problems needing different tutors. The more specific you are, the better the match.
- 02
A short assessment first
Before anything is scheduled, we work out where the gap actually is. It is frequently two topics back rather than this week’s chapter, and more hours on the wrong thing is how parents end up paying for months with little to show.
- 03
We agree the tutor, times and address
Days, times and the address are fixed up front. Where a family prefers a female tutor, say so when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether we can match it rather than promising and rescheduling.
- 04
Sessions run, progress gets reported
You get told what was covered and how it went — including when it is not going well. A parent paying monthly should hear that early enough to act on it.
- 05
Switch between home and office at any point
Plenty of families start at home and move to the office once a student is older, or do the reverse during exam season. It is the same tutors either way.

Which areas do you cover for home tuition?
Most of Islamabad — the F and G sectors, E-7, E-11, I-8, Blue Area, DHA and Bahria Enclave — and across Rawalpindi including Saddar, Chaklala, Askari, DHA, Satellite Town, Westridge and Bahria Town. If you are outside those, ask rather than assume: we will tell you plainly whether we can cover it instead of taking a booking we cannot keep.
Is home tuition more expensive than coming to your office?
Usually, yes. Home tuition is one-to-one and the tutor travels, so it costs more per hour than a small group at the office. Tell us the subject and your preference and we will give you both figures so you can compare them properly.
Can we have a female tutor?
Tell us when you enquire and we will say honestly whether we can match it for that subject and area. We would rather tell you no up front than confirm a booking and change the tutor afterwards.
Which subjects can be taught at home?
The full academic range — O Level, A Level, FSc, ICS and Matric, across Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics and English. IT courses can also be arranged one-to-one at home, though most students take those at the office or live online.
How many sessions a week do you recommend?
It depends on the gap and the time left before exams, which is what the assessment establishes. Two a week per subject is common. We will tell you if we think fewer would do, because recommending more than a student needs is the easiest way for a tuition service to lose a family’s trust.
Can we start at home and move to the office later?
Yes, and many families do — often moving to the office as a student gets older or during exam season when focus matters most. It is the same tutors either way.
Tell us the subject and your area
We assess before scheduling anything, because the problem is often a gap two topics back rather than this week's chapter. If we cannot reach your area, we will say so straight away.
