Hotel & Hospitality Management CRM
StayDesk
Front desk, rooms, bookings and guests in one place.
Hotel and resort management software — room inventory, reservations, front desk check-in, guest folios, housekeeping and seasonal rate plans.
What it is
StayDesk is hotel and hospitality management software built by DataX Technologies for independent hotels, resorts and guest houses. It manages room inventory and availability, reservations from every channel, front desk check-in and check-out, guest history, folio billing, housekeeping status and revenue reporting from one system.
The problem it solves
Independent hotels and resorts in Pakistan mostly run on a register at the front desk and a WhatsApp group for bookings. Someone writes a reservation in a book, someone else takes a booking on the phone, and on a busy weekend the same room gets sold twice.
Guest billing is worse. Room charges are in one place, restaurant orders on a chit, laundry on another, and the final bill is assembled by hand at checkout while the guest waits — which is exactly when mistakes are most expensive and most visible.
StayDesk puts rooms, reservations, guests and charges in one system, so availability is always current and the folio adds itself up as the guest spends.
What StayDesk does
Room Inventory & Availability
Live room status across types and floors, so the front desk always knows what is genuinely free and double bookings stop happening.
Reservations & Channels
Take bookings from phone, walk-in, WhatsApp and your website into one reservation calendar instead of three separate books.
Front Desk Check-In
Fast check-in and check-out with CNIC or passport capture, room assignment and key handover recorded against the stay.
Guest Folio & Billing
Room, restaurant, laundry and extras post to one guest folio as they happen, so checkout is a single accurate bill rather than a reconstruction.
Housekeeping Status
Track rooms as dirty, cleaning, inspected or ready, so the front desk stops selling a room that has not been turned over.
Rates & Seasons
Seasonal and weekend rate plans, group rates and corporate contracts — essential for hill-station and tourist-season pricing.

Questions about StayDesk
Can StayDesk stop double bookings?
Yes. Room availability is live and shared, so a room booked by phone is immediately unavailable to the walk-in desk. Double bookings almost always come from separate books rather than from staff error.
Does it handle restaurant charges on a guest bill?
Yes. Restaurant, room service, laundry and other extras post to the guest folio as they happen, so checkout produces one accurate bill rather than a hand-assembled pile of chits.
Can it manage seasonal rates?
Yes. Seasonal, weekend, group and corporate rate plans are configured per property, which matters for hill-station and tourist-season properties where a flat annual rate leaves money on the table.
Does it work for resorts and guest houses, not just hotels?
Yes. The same room, reservation, folio and housekeeping model applies to resorts, guest houses, lodges and serviced apartments — several of the properties running it are resorts rather than city hotels.
Can we manage more than one property?
Yes. Multiple properties can run under one account with separate inventory and staff, while management sees consolidated occupancy and revenue reporting across all of them.
