Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit www.datax.pk or contact DataX Technologies. It covers this website only — not any software we have built and delivered to a client, which operates under that client's own terms.

We collect information only when you choose to send it. That means the details you type into a quote form, or the content of a message you send by WhatsApp, email or phone.

Typically that is your name, contact details and a description of the project you want to discuss. We use it to reply and to scope the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

This site is a static export with no accounts, no logins and no e-commerce. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.

Where analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful and which calls to action they use. This records aggregate behaviour such as page views and clicks on contact buttons. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

This site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block these in your browser settings or with any standard content blocker, and the site will continue to work normally.

A small number of services necessarily see some data when you use them:

Project enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and afterwards only where we need them for accounting or contractual records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email datax.sol@gmail.com and we will respond.

If you are contacting us from the EU or UK, you have these rights under GDPR. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client under a development contract, we act as a processor and that contract governs the arrangement.

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us by email and WhatsApp, both of which are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers or production credentials through a contact form or chat message.
