What it is
Attendify is attendance and workforce management software built by DataX Technologies. Staff mark attendance from a mobile device or biometric terminal, managers approve leave and manage shifts, and the system produces payroll-ready reports — replacing paper registers and the manual month-end spreadsheet that usually follows them.
The problem it solves
Most offices in Pakistan still run attendance on a register book at reception, or on a biometric machine whose software nobody has opened since it was installed.
The cost lands at month end. Someone spends two days reconciling a register against leave applications that were approved verbally, working out who was late, and rebuilding the numbers payroll needs. Disputes about a specific day cannot be settled because the evidence is a signature in a book.
Attendify records attendance, leave and shifts as data from the moment they happen, so the payroll report is a single export rather than two days of reconstruction.

Can staff mark attendance from their phone?
Yes. Attendify supports mobile attendance marking with location capture, which suits offices, field teams and multi-branch operations. It can run alongside a biometric terminal rather than replacing it.
Does it work with our existing biometric machine?
In most cases yes — we integrate with common biometric devices so existing hardware keeps working and the data finally becomes usable. Send us the device model and we will confirm before you commit.
Can it handle rotating shifts?
