These terms govern your use of www.datax.pk. They do not govern a software development engagement — that is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work starts.

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy substantial portions of the content and republish it as your own, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other visitors.

We take care that everything on this site is accurate, including the client names, project examples and outcome figures. Client work is published with permission, and where a client is not named we describe the work without identifying them.

Pricing ranges and timelines given in articles are indicative. They describe typical projects and are not an offer. A binding figure only comes from a written proposal for your specific scope.

We link to live client deployments and to external sources cited in our articles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The DataX Technologies name, logo, product names and the content of this site belong to DataX Technologies. Client names and logos shown on this site belong to those clients and appear with their permission.

For delivered client work, ownership is set by the development agreement. Our standard position is that source code ownership transfers to the client on final payment.

This site is provided as is, for information. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general guidance published here. For advice on your specific situation, talk to us directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
