Dedicated Development Team for Agencies
Reserved developer capacity for agencies with steady workloads — a known team, a monthly cost and no recruitment or per-project quoting.
In short
A dedicated development team is reserved capacity rather than a project. Your agency commits to a monthly allocation of developer time, we assign named people who stay on your work, and you direct them as an extension of your own team instead of scoping and quoting every job separately.
What you can sell under your own brand
- Guaranteed delivery capacity across several client accounts at once
- Retainers that commit you to volume you know you can service
- Faster quoting, because you already know what your capacity costs
- Continuity, from people who learned your clients’ systems months ago
- A larger apparent team when you are pitching against bigger agencies
What you send us
How much capacity, and for how long
Number of developers and months. Three months is the shortest sensible commitment — anything less and you pay the ramp-up without getting the benefit of it, which is a bad deal for you.
The skills your pipeline actually needs
Frontend, backend, mobile, a mix. We would rather assign the right people slowly than the available people quickly, because the second option costs you more in the end.
How you want to run them
Your sprints, your stand-ups, your board, your definition of done. A dedicated team works because you direct it. If you want to hand over scoped work instead, project-based delivery is the cheaper and better fit.
What you get back
Named people, not a rotating pool
The same developers week to week. The entire value of this model is accumulated context about your clients and your codebases, and rotating people destroys exactly that.
A predictable monthly cost
One figure you can plan against and build into retainer pricing, rather than re-estimating each project and hoping the average works out.
Direct working access
Your team talks to them in your Slack or Teams and your tracker. No account-manager relay between a developer and the person who knows what the client wants.
How this work usually arrives
One developer, ongoing
The usual starting point. Enough to carry maintenance across several client accounts and absorb small features without disturbing your in-house roadmap.
A small cross-functional team
Frontend, backend and a shared QA allocation, for agencies running several client builds at once. Big enough to deliver independently against your direction.
Seasonal scale-up
Extra capacity through a known busy period, agreed in advance. More expensive per month than a long commitment, and far cheaper than hiring for a peak that ends.
How partner pricing works
A monthly rate per developer, agreed in advance for the commitment period, invoiced on a fixed cycle. No per-ticket pricing and no overage surprises. Rates depend on seniority and skill mix, so they are quoted against your actual requirement rather than published as a headline number that would be wrong for most agencies.
We do not publish partner rates. They depend on scope, stack and commitment, and a headline figure would be wrong for most of the agencies reading it.
Stack
Or start from something that already runs
These are systems already in production with real clients. Adapting one under your branding is usually faster and cheaper than quoting a build from zero — and your client still receives it as your work.
Dedicated Development Team FAQ
How is this different from just sending you projects?
Direction and continuity. With project work you hand over a scope and we deliver it. With a dedicated team you direct the work day to day, change priorities mid-sprint, and keep people who already know your clients’ systems. If your pipeline is lumpy, project-based is cheaper and we will say so.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months. Shorter than that and you absorb the ramp-up cost without getting the benefit of it, which makes it a poor deal for you rather than a good one for us.
Can we interview the developers first?
Yes, and you should. You are going to work with these people daily. We would rather you rejected someone at the start than spent a quarter working around a bad fit.
What if our workload drops?
Talk to us before the renewal point and we adjust the allocation. We would rather resize an arrangement that continues than hold you to capacity you no longer need and lose the relationship.
Do they work our hours?
Within reason, and it depends where you are. Pakistan is UTC+5 with no daylight saving, so a UK or UAE agency gets most of a shared working day and a US or Canadian one gets a shifted shift covering the Eastern morning. The country partnership pages set out the actual arithmetic for each market.
Tell us about one project you have on now
We will scope it, price it and tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it — including when we are not.
