White-Label CRM Development for Agencies
Custom CRM builds and integrations for agencies to deliver under their own brand, including adapting systems we already run in production for your client.
In short
White-label CRM development means DataX builds or integrates the CRM and your agency delivers it under its own brand. That covers custom CRM builds, integrations into systems a client already pays for, and adapting CRM products we already run in production under your branding.
Not an agency? This page is about reselling our delivery under your own brand. If you want this built for your own business, the service page is the better place to start.
CRM DevelopmentWhat you can sell under your own brand
- Custom CRM systems built around how a client actually sells
- Integrations into HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and similar platforms
- Lead capture and routing from websites, ads and forms into one pipeline
- Sales pipelines, quoting and follow-up automation
- Reporting dashboards for owners and sales managers
- Migration off spreadsheets, or off a CRM nobody in the business uses
What you send us
How the client actually sells today
Their real stages, not a textbook pipeline. A CRM that models an idealised process gets abandoned within a quarter, and the agency that installed it wears the blame.
Where the data lives now
Spreadsheets, an old CRM, a notebook, three people’s inboxes. Migration is usually the largest hidden cost in a CRM project and the commonest reason one lands late.
Build or integrate
If a client already pays for HubSpot or Salesforce, integrating is usually cheaper and better than replacing it. We will say so even though a custom build would be the larger invoice, because the alternative is a project that fails loudly with your name on it.
What you get back
A CRM people actually use
Built around the client’s real sales motion, with data migrated in so the team starts from their own records rather than an empty system they have no reason to open.
Integrations that survive
Documented, with error handling and alerting. An integration that fails silently is worse than no integration, because nobody notices until the pipeline is wrong.
Training material in your name
Role-based guides and walkthroughs you can deliver as your own onboarding, which is often what justifies the retainer that follows.
How this work usually arrives
Adapt a system we already run
We have CRM products live in production for rental, travel, real-estate, hotel and dispatch operators. Adapting and rebranding one of those is usually faster and cheaper than a build from zero, and you still deliver it as your own.
Custom build around an unusual process
Where a client’s sales motion genuinely does not fit an off-the-shelf product. Worth doing properly, but only after discovery establishes that the mismatch is real rather than a habit.
Integration and automation only
The client keeps their CRM; we connect it to their website, ads, accounting and email so the data stops being retyped between systems.
How partner pricing works
Quoted in two parts: the build, and the migration. Migration is separated because its cost depends entirely on the state of the client’s existing data, and bundling it into one number is how CRM projects end up over budget with the agency absorbing the difference.
We do not publish partner rates. They depend on scope, stack and commitment, and a headline figure would be wrong for most of the agencies reading it.
Stack
Or start from something that already runs
These are systems already in production with real clients. Adapting one under your branding is usually faster and cheaper than quoting a build from zero — and your client still receives it as your work.
White-Label CRM Development FAQ
Should we sell a custom CRM or an integration?
Usually an integration, if the client already pays for a platform their team uses. We will tell you that even though the custom build is the bigger invoice. A replacement CRM that gets abandoned damages your client relationship, not ours.
Can we rebrand a CRM you already built for someone else?
Yes. We run CRM systems in production for rental, travel, real-estate, hotel and dispatch businesses. Adapting one under your branding is usually the fastest route to a working system, and your client never sees our name.
How bad is data migration, honestly?
It depends entirely on the source. Clean exports are straightforward; years of inconsistent spreadsheets with duplicate and partial records are not. We assess the data before quoting so the number reflects what is actually there.
Will the client’s team actually use it?
Only if it matches how they already work and their own data is in it on day one. Both are design decisions, which is why we push on process and migration in the brief rather than treating them as afterthoughts.
Tell us about one project you have on now
We will scope it, price it and tell you plainly whether we are the right partner for it — including when we are not.
