What it is
DispatchX is crane, loading and dispatch management software built by DataX Technologies for heavy equipment operators. It schedules jobs against available machines and operators, tracks equipment location and status, captures load tickets and timesheets from the field, and turns completed jobs into invoices automatically.
The problem it solves
Crane and loading operations run on phone calls. A client calls for a 50-ton lift, the dispatcher checks a whiteboard, calls an operator, and hopes the machine is free and serviced.
The paperwork trail is worse. Load tickets are handwritten, timesheets arrive days late, and by the time invoicing happens nobody can prove how many hours the machine actually worked — so the operator absorbs the difference.
