Restaurant POS & Inventory System
Enterprise Restaurant POS
From order to kitchen to stock, without the gaps.
Restaurant POS with table and order management, kitchen tickets, recipe-level stock deduction, grocery inventory and instant invoice printing.
What it is
Enterprise Restaurant POS is a point-of-sale and inventory system built by DataX Technologies for restaurants. It manages table layouts and orders, sends tickets to the kitchen, deducts ingredients from stock at recipe level as dishes are sold, tracks grocery inventory and recipe costs, and prints invoices instantly.
The problem it solves
A busy restaurant loses money in two places at once: at the counter, where a slow POS builds a queue, and in the kitchen, where stock quietly disappears without anyone able to say where.
The two are connected. If the POS does not know that a chicken karahi consumes a specific quantity of ingredients, then stock is only ever counted manually — usually late, usually wrong, and never in time to prevent running out mid-service.
This system ties them together. Orders taken at the table deduct ingredients at recipe level as they are sold, so stock levels and food cost stay accurate without anyone counting.
What Enterprise Restaurant POS does
Table & Order Management
Visual table layout with live status, split and merged bills, and orders taken at the table on a tablet rather than on a pad.
Kitchen Ticketing
Orders reach the kitchen the moment they are taken, in sequence, with modifiers — no shouted corrections and no lost slips.
Recipe-Level Stock
Each dish maps to its ingredients, so selling it deducts stock automatically. Inventory stays accurate without a manual count.
Grocery & Inventory
Track raw stock, purchases, wastage and supplier records, with low-stock alerts before you run out mid-service.
Recipe Costing
See the real food cost and margin of every dish as ingredient prices move, instead of pricing from a guess made last year.
Instant Invoicing
Receipts and invoices print immediately at the counter, with daily sales, item and shift reporting behind them.

Questions about Enterprise Restaurant POS
Does the POS work if the internet goes down?
Order taking and billing are built to keep working through short connectivity drops, syncing once the connection returns. Tell us about your connectivity during scoping — it changes how we configure the deployment.
Does it deduct ingredients automatically when a dish is sold?
Yes. Each menu item maps to its ingredients, so selling a dish deducts the right quantities from stock. That mapping is the setup work that makes inventory accurate without manual counting.
Can it handle multiple branches?
Yes. Branches can run their own menus, stock and staff while management sees consolidated sales and inventory reporting across all of them.
Does it print receipts and work with a thermal printer?
Yes. Receipt and invoice printing works with standard thermal printers, and the invoice format is customised to your branding and local tax requirements.
Can we track food cost and margins per dish?
Yes. Recipe costing calculates the true cost of every dish from current ingredient prices, so you can see margin per item rather than pricing from an estimate.
